I have forgotten my password how can I reset it?
Press the login button from top right corner and then click forgot password link. This will prompt you to give your email address and you get further instruction by email.
Do I need to register for trial period too?
Yes all usage of API is enabled after the successful registration. Registration process take less than 2 mins. It is one time process.
I have registered on the portal but haven’t received the link in my email to activate the account?
Please check your spam folder, it may have been redirected there.
I have multiple users in my organisation do I need access for everyone?
Each user will be able to generate an API key they can use when they log in.

What is the different between three API?
- Global API - Enables the validation of account and bank details to detect errors, enrich payments data before payment processing and provide payment efficiency through cross border and domestic payments network across the Globe
- America API - Enables the account and bank details validation to detect errors, enrich payments data before payment processing and provide payment efficiency through domestic payments network within the United States of America
- UK API - Enables the account and bank details validation to detect errors, enrich payments data before payment processing and provide payment efficiency through domestic payments network within the United Kingdom
What API standards do you offer
We have RESTful API which is one of the most popular standard among developers and very easy to use
Do you provide documentation?
Yes, we provide documentation for the API and users can also interact with the API via Swagger on the website
Can I use the Validate API in my current application?
Yes it is very straight forward process.
Where can I find my tokens?
You can find your tokens in your logged in state.
Who is your payment partner? Is he safe?
Stripe is our payment partner which is a premier payment processing platform and it is completely safe to make payments using the portal.

Will I be charged for the Trial?
No we will not be charging for the first 250 validations. After that based on your product we will be charging $80 (UK BA Validations API), $350 ( USA BA Validations API) or $510( Global BA Validations API)
How long is the Trial period?
Trial period is for 90 days and you are entitled for 250 validations
What happens if I use up from free validations quota before 90 days?
In that case your Paid Validation product will kick in immediately to avoid any disruption of services at your end.
Do I need to register to use the API?
Yes that’s correct. The registration takes only few minutes
Can I pay using the debit card/ credit card?
Yes we accept all major debit and credit cards.
